A geek at heart, Kyrann Thompson is an award-nominated paranormal/fantasy writer serving up strong female protagonists with a side of suspense, a sprinkling of spice, and a healthy dose of snark. She loves throwing her characters out of the proverbial frying pan directly into the fire.
Kyrann holds an MA in English and Creative Writing, and is a member of the Pacific Northwest Writers' Association, Horror Writers Association, and the Association of Writers & Writing Programs. When she's not writing, Kyrann enjoys reading a variety of genres, rockhounding, and playing Skyrim.

Oh, my neighbor’s cousin’s best friend’s pharmacist loved this one! Choosing a book to read these days can be nerve-wracking. Will you enjoy the story? Are the characters believable? Do you feel yourself slipping the bonds of reality to populate the world the author creates?
I’m here to help with honest reviews of some books you haven’t heard of, but definitely deserve more attention. Pulling from various fiction genres (fantasy, mystery, historical fiction, romance) all the way to non-fiction, my goal is to inspire readers to look beyond the flashiness of what is new and give backlist books a chance.
